Have a good service orientation, strong leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible about recruitment, absences, payroll, evaluation, training & development, and performance resources.
Maintain employees (data, consulting etc)
Ensuring that all SOP are implemented well
Understand about labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan RI)
