  • Manage both external business relationships as well as internal stakeholders
  • Scope and prioritize projects based on business and customer impacts

  • Ability to translate and review product strategy, detailed product requirements and prototypes
  • Ability to set up workstreams required and ability to work efficiently with these different streams such as engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements
  • Problem solve issues faced during the process of product launching such as legal, commercial, technical in a timely manner
  • Monitor performance of products and drive initiatives that can support improvements of the product performance
  • Manage and develop team members in their knowledge and capability regarding insurance/product management as well as soft skills such as communication and stakeholder management
  • Maximizing business value from a product;
  • Defining a vision for a product;  
  • Analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands;
