Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information System, Computer Science, or other engineering studies,
Experienced in C# and .NET or object-oriented languages,
Experienced develope HRIS System
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including in software development lifecycle and knowledge of Agile Methodologies,
Have a service attitude with consulting personality critical analytical thinking, data oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills

Managing a team of engineers (backend and frontend as well as QA and UIUX), providing technical leadership.
Deeply engaged in the full development lifecycle (designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, monitoring and improving software/application).
Determining project requirements, developing work schedules and delegating tasks for the team.
Convert given high-level software design to low-level software design
Write well-formatted modular code, Implement unit tests (and/or functional tests),and perform bug Fixing
