  • Prior banking project experience
  • Understand backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition
  • Strong communication skills

  • Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.
  • Facilitate the successful delivery (of user stories committed) of multiple Scrum teams within timeline and defined quality.
  • Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity.
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile methodologies and processes
  • Monitor and manage project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they meet the required KPIs and SLAs
